The Ladynecks and Roughnecks hit the trails at Lear Park on Friday at one of the largest meets in East Texas. Clay McNeese (17:32) captured the Individual Title in the 1A-4A Division with teammate Dylan Harris (17:38) close behind in second. The field saw 235 runners! In the girls race Olivia Sipes lead the Ladynecks with a 14th place finish in 13:22. Shaynee Tyl (16th, 13:24) and CeCe Hernandezf (17th, 13:27) also came home with some hardware finishing in the Top 20. The girls race saw 250 runners compete. The boys team finished 6th our of 28 teams and the girls team finished 7th out of 32 teams.

The teams will travel to Katy Ranch next week for the notorious Pine Tree Puddle Jump and Pig Trot at Katy’s Ranch in Kilgore. This week the Junior High will race with us.
