This week we got a taste of the district course at the Elysian Fields Jumble in the Jungle. The cooler weather and flat course will welcomed by all the runners. Several runners took home some hardware this week. In the junior high divisions, Olivia Sipes paced the group with a first place finish, and Cantrelle Smith also collected some hardware in the boys’ race with a 7th place finish. In the high school divisions, Shaynee Tyl paced the Ladynecks again with a 2nd placed finish, followed by Nour Hussien (4th) and Kristen Moyers (5th) to bring home medals this week. The boys race saw Clay McNeese (4th) and Dylan Harris (5th) and Blake Warren (10th) also collected hardware for the ride home. We will head to Katy’s Ranch this week to face the legendary course and Big Mama Hill!
