CC Energy Balls

I have made these for the runners and surprising they really liked them. These make a large patch and you can vary the size. They also freeze/thaw well. I will be making these from time to time for the team, but if you would like to make them for your runner or family feel free.

1 cup (dry) oatmeal
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 or little more granola (any kind)

Mix ingredients together in a large bowl. Roll into bite size balls. Refrigerate and enjoy!
Variations: After much discussion it was decided several “mix-ins” could be added such as white chocolate chips, M&Ms, or nuts or the like.
