August Practice Schedule

Here is the August Practice Schedule for mandatory XC practice. If you miss a workout you will make it up. The time listed is when we will start workout, arrange to be at practice 10-15 beforehand so we can start on time. Bring a long towel for stretching and core work and a short washcloth type towel for the ice bucket, and water. I will have Gatorade for you.

WEEK 1
Monday, 8/1 6:30-8:30AM at SHED
Tuesday, 8/2 6:30-8:30AM at Penick Park and 5-6PM at SHED
Wednesday, 8/3 6:30-8:30AM SHED
Thursday, 8/4 6:30-8:30AM Penick Park and 5-6PM at SHED
Friday, 8/5 6:00-8:30AM MEET at SHED at 6:00 we will leave around 6:15 for BOORMAN

WEEK 2
Monday, 8/8 6:30-8:30AM at SHED
Tuesday, 8/9 6:30-8:30AM at Penick Park and 5-6PM at SHED
Wednesday, 8/10 6:00-8:30AM meet at SHED at 6:00 we will leave around 6:15 for BOORMAN
Thursday, 8/11 6:30-8:30AM at SHED and 5-6PM at SHED
Friday, 8/12 6:00-8:30AM at SHED

WEEK 3
Monday, 8/15 4-6PM at SHED
Tuesday, 8/16 4-6PM at SHED
Wednesday, 8/17 6-7:30AM at SHED
Thursday, 8/18 4-6PM at Penick Park
Friday, 8/19 6:30-8:30AM at SHED
Saturday, 8/20 Meet at 6:20-8:45AM at SHED we will leave around 6:30 for BOORMAN

Once we start School we will meet from 4-6PM Monday,Tuesday, and Thursday at the SHED. We will meet Wednesday mornings from 6:00-7:00AM at the Stadium. We will discuss practices once we start.
